BridgePoint offers several ministries specifically designed to grow women in Christ and connect them with one another.  Taste and see which of these ministries is a fit for you.

W.O.W. (Women of the Word)
Ladies both young and old have come together for years at BridgePoint to discover with each other how God’s Word speaks to their hearts and lives.  From September through April, women gather on Tuesday morning from 9:30 am to noon to enjoy a special time of worship and small group studies.  These groups cover a variety of topics and allow for good interaction and discussion. Child care for infants and preschoolers is provided, making W.O.W. a welcome place for young moms.  A special Wednesday night class is also available for working women at 7:00 pm.
The study groups for the 2010-2011 year will center around the following topics:

2010 FALL COURSES
- Book of Hosea
- The Joy of Serving God
- He is My Life

2011 SPRING COURSES
- Book of Ephesians

- When Godly People Do Ungodly Things by Beth Moore
- Freedom for Mothers (John 15)

MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers)
MOPS meets 1st & 3rd Thursdays, during the school year, for a time of teaching, encouragement, relationship building & a fun craft time.  For more information about how to get involved, contact Shelley Landry at 281-579-7019 or landry.shelley@gmail.com
.  A printable registration form is available by clicking on our "Forms" tab at the top of the page.

Common Grounds
Do you leave Sunday church service,  Sunday School, Bible study or seminars wishing you had more opportunity to get to know the people better, sip on your coffee a little longer, or discuss the topic in greater depth?  Common Grounds is designed to meet those longings.

The ladies of BridgePoint come together in different homes once a month for a time of fellowship, fun and spiritual enrichment. We share in a time of visiting, coffee and refreshment, followed by a devotion on real life topics.   We conclude with group discussion questions to help us delve into the topic, while getting to know one another better.

Our hope is that as we share our longings with one another at these gatherings, women will come together to initiate and carry them out with others who share those common grounds. Our relationship with God and with one another truly deepens even more as we serve alongside one another.

A special time and place for women to congregate with others of common mind to encourage a closer walk with God through communicating  with one another in love, truth and mercy while stimulating one another to serve our communities.

For more information see the Common Grounds website at www.ourcommongrounds.com or call Debi Hugele at 281.856.2284.

Woman to Woman
As believers, women have a clear mandate from Scripture: that the older women teach what is good, and they encourage younger women to live for God's glory (Titus 2:3-5).  Woman to Woman is BridgePoint’s one-on-one discipleship ministry that seeks to full this mandate.  The W2w Connection gives every woman at BridgePoint Bible Church who desires to grow spiritually an opportunity to engage in a caring friendship wherein, the mentor (who in no way pretends to have life figured out) uses the wisdom that comes from her experiences to help the one with whom she meets (her mentee).

In order to participate, women commit to attend two events: an Orientation Coffee on a Sunday afternoon (held in October and April), and a training session on a Thursday evening. A Prayer Team carefully and prayerfully pairs up women for a six month friendship that allows them to share their lives. Guidelines include meeting at least every other week and talking weekly. Time together may include activities, Bible study, or lunch, but not exclusively any of these.
