Children's "Behind the Scenes"
Description: If you like to help but don't necessarily want to be in front of the crowd, then we need you! Setting up a Sunday morning in BridgeKids is not just a one man job. There are snacks to get ready, roll sheets to put out, nametags to run off, supplies to be put in boxes for teachers and cups put out for water. And let's not forget our candy and games! All these things are important to help a Sunday morning be the best it can be for our kids. Someone who has a gift for seeing the little things and making sure they are done week after week would be a great help to our team. Arriving early on Sunday morning would be a perfect time to help out. Just one person is necessary!

Children's Greeter/Helper
Description: We want kids and their parents to feel comfortable being with us from their very first visit. We believe being welcomed by a friendly greeter each Sunday morning makes that happen. More than just a happy face, greeters sign in new children, introduce kids and parents to BridgeKids, and point everyone in the right direction. Once kids have arrived, our greeters turn into helpers to give a hand in administrative tasks like taking roll, counting offerings or in supporting teachers with supplies and small group activities when needed. Prompt, cheerful, flexible and positive attitudes are some of the most important qualifications and help make the morning a great place for kids. One greeter/helper is needed each hour.

So each 8 weeks we have a new theme and we need someone to help us creatively adapt to each theme. Children's Small Group Leader
Description: Relationships with kids help teach them about who God is in their lives. That’s why a small group leader is so important on Sunday mornings. From the moment leaders step into our room, they are interacting, playing and teaching kids. After our large group time of singing, Bible story and activities, kids are divided up into groups by age or gender. Small group leaders are given several different activities to use with the kids relating to our large group time. It could be a game, a puzzle, a re-telling of the Bible story or activity to get the kids moving. Leaders invest time and attention into the needs of kids and guide them toward a relationship with Christ. We want people who have a heart for kids and understand they are not just “little adults”. A listening ear, energy and lots of smiles and hugs are qualities that would make a great leader. We need 12 per hour.
